The leather of the chairs is in very good condition with a light, attractive patina. The lacing of the backrests and seats is perfectly intact.  The Italian designer Guido Faleschini designed these chairs in the early 1970s for the Italian manufacturer Mariani. The four Mariani brothers founded the company Fratelli Mariani di Valerio in 1957 and have since been known for extremely elegant furniture in cooperation with the best designers.
