This Siesta 62 armchair by Kaufeld comes in an ivory-colored, high-quality fabric cover. The fabric shows minimal signs of wear and is in very good condition. The cushions offer good seating comfort. The chair has a chrome frame and is rotatable.
The pure dimensions and the angle of inclination that the designer created for this armchair are still impressive today and make this design one of the most attractive lounge chairs of the 1960s.
Hans Kaufeld founded his manufactory in Bielefeld in 1918 and focused on the production of high-quality furniture in an attractive design. In the 1960s, Kaufeld also supplied the Chancellery with its chairs. The Siesta 62 was designed by Jacques Brule for Kaufeld in the early 1960s.
