A pair of Bambi teak chairs in the rare version with armrests. Both chairs are in excellent condition. The teak frames, in a warm wood tone with a beautiful grain, show almost no signs of wear. The seats were reupholstered some time ago and covered with an Alcantara-like fabric in fireplace red. The seating comfort is as good as new. The chairs impress with the delicate design of the armrests, which flow seamlessly into the conical feet. The chairs can be used as office chairs or dining room chairs.
In the 1950s, Norwegian designer Adolf Relling founded his furniture design company together with Rolf Rastad, which has produced several icons of Scandinavian design. This Bambi model was designed in the 1960s for the Norwegian manufacturer Gustav Bahus.
