The set of 4 unusual dining/office chairs was designed and produced by mann Möbel in the 1970s. The unusual combination of a wooden frame with a fiberglass shell makes these chairs something special. The seat shells, in the typical orange from 1972, are in very good condition with slight signs of wear. One of the chairs has slight discoloration on the seat. The black lacquered wooden frames are also in good condition.
 
The German manufacturer mann Möbel was founded in 1920 as a carpentry shop and specialized in wooden dental furniture in the 1950s. So it stands to reason that these 1972 chairs were used in a waiting room.
