Shipping Policy
The shipping is usually carried out by transport companies specializing in antiques and designer furniture. The shipping costs are shown for the respective product in the checkout (as a rule, the delivery of armchairs is free of charge, sofa shipping € 89 and sets € 149. The shipping costs mentioned here refer only to a delivery within Germany without islands). Deliveries outside of Germany are calculated separately depending on the article and country of delivery. We deliver worldwide.
The shipping costs shown include transportation by freight carrier to the curb. Our partner carrier will contact you after placing your order and arrange a delivery date. Delivery times are the delivery times specified in the offer, these begin with receipt of payment.
If you make use of an existing right of withdrawal, the buyer will bear the return shipping costs.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following stipulation, whereby consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (chairclassics, Cornelia Scholz, Krenzliner Str. 32, 19288 Ludwigslust, office@chairclassics.com) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) Inform your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we have made all payments to you that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have) to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, which are usually EUR 90 for single chairs within Germany, EUR 150 within Europe but outside Germany and EUR 300 outside Europe. Deviations in the return costs for collections within Germany for sofas and sets must be calculated in individual cases. The goods should be adequately packaged and will be picked up from the curb. Please be aware that we refund only the product price for returned goods from outside EU countries (excl. UK), not the shipping costs.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
